UPCOMING JAM INFORMATION
LOCATION UPDATE: Our June 15 jam, held in collaboration with J-Pride, will now be at the Modus Locus Gallery, 3500 Bloomington Avenue South due to potential rain and poor AQI. We will still be right next door to Reverie!
We are meeting from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. We’ll start by learning a couple of singy songs, followed by breakouts for instrumentalists and dancers. After 12:00, we’ll have a little circle dance set. Join us for some or all! Bring your friends & family! Bring a dad!

There are two stairs at the entrance to this space, and door with no stairs around the back! Please let us know if you would like to use this back door and we can get you there.
What to Expect at a Jam:
We are all learning together;
This is a space for learning and celebrating Yiddish culture and klezmer music in community. We’ll learn parts by ear and have the opportunity to look at sheet music of traditional klezmer tunes. We may learn some Yiddish lyrics to sing or or some Yiddish circle dancing!
In the jam, there is room for singers, percussionists, musicians, listeners, dancers, everybody.
Bring an instrument if you play, or bring a book and just enjoy the space. All levels of engagement are welcome!
